Section 62 Guidelines

The Wet Tropics Management Plan 1998 sets out principles and criteria for deciding permit applications. Section 62 of the Plan allows the Authority to approve guidelines and information which help to assess permit applications and inform permit applicants. These guidelines may sometimes be used as part of the conditions for issuing a permit.
