| Track Description |
The Malanda Falls Visitor Centre is well worth a look if you are interested in the history of the area. It focuses especially on the logging industry and the traditional Aboriginal people of the area. Next to the Centre is a picnic area adjoining the falls and two short walks. Ring the Malanda Falls Visitor Centre to book a guided Aboriginal tour of the rainforest.
The Malanda Falls Tulip Oak Walk begins at the carpark, heading along the bank of the North Johnstone River. The path leaves the river's edge and heads through a rainforest of tulip oak trees. This short easy walk then loops back towards the picnic area where you can enjoy the falls and swimming area.
