This scenic walk travels through open eucalypt forest with numerous grass trees and offers spectacular views from the summit. The walk ascends 300m along a spur to Mount Turtle which is about 900m high. It then descends along another spur before veering back to campsite 2. Camping is available with a permit from the EPA. You will be following a marked trail, so make sure that you stay on the track and don't wander far without locating the next marker.
