Aboriginal rangers worked to build this new walking
track near Ravenshoe. Wabunga Wayemba means "rainforest walking
track" in the language of the traditional Aboriginal owners
of the area, the Jiddabul people. The 3km (1.8 mile) track passes
through rainforest to a rainforest creek. It takes about 45 minutes
(return).
