The Wet Tropics Management Authority works with the Australian and Queensland Governments and the tourism industry to help brand and market the Wet Tropics of Queensland World Heritage Area.
The Authority has adopted the international World Heritage emblem for use on road and visitor signs and authorised publications about the Area. This is often used in combination with the Authority's corporate logo (the cassowary and the bowenia leaf (top right).
The international emblem and the corporate logo are only available for official use through the Authority and government agencies.
The Authority has developed special logos to identify tour operators with a permit to operate in the World Heritage Area and recognised visitor centres which promote the Area (see below). These logos are available as stickers or printable files upon request. Please contact the Authority at wtmaweb@wettropics.gov.au.
Image CD-ROM
The Authority has produced a CD-ROM of high resolution images for use by the tourism industry and others to promote the World Heritage Area. Please contact the Authority at wtmaweb@wettropics.gov.au.
