World GIS Day MapChat – Yellow Crazy Ants

Desiree Gowell from the Wet Tropics Management Authority will host a talk on the Authority's Yellow Crazy Ant Eradication Program as part of a special MapChat coinciding with World GIS Day.

Learn how GIS (geographic information system) is being utilised in the detection and management of this invasive species.

Time: 5.30pm for 6.00pm start

Venue: The Bluewater, 7 Harbour Drive, Trinity Park.
